  • I've lived in Texas and worked with their politics: nothing dirtier to be found in the U.S. Tom DeLay's as innocent as I am a martian. But Texans do pride themselves on not getting caught - so Mr. DeLay's tainted for life and the Houston power clubs may not take him back.

  • This was Christianity for hundreds of years with the clerics undermining any government that they couldn't control. Citizens on the street were butchered in the name of God. Radical Islam too will pass, but not without violence followed by reform from within the Muslim faith.

  • This is why "healthcare for all" will drive the nation into bankruptcy. No matter how long I live, my Social Security will be capped. But as I get older and sicker my neighbors will pay for everything I need or want. And we thought the bank bailout was expensive!
